Abstract

� 2016 by De Gruyter 2016. "Tomorrow's Leaders" is a general education subject aiming at promoting holistic development of undergraduate students in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In this paper, the author presented her views and reflections on teaching this subject for 2 years. Successful experiences and lessons learned in terms of the curriculum design, ways of building relationship with students, and the application of experiential learning in this subject were shared. It is highlighted that teacher's reflective practices are fundamental for promoting students' effective learning and teacher's personal development.
