Abstract

In this letter a computer-based symbolic circuit modeling program, applicable to any arbitrary PWM dc/dc converter circuit, is presented. From the circuit description, this program automatically generates a time-invariant averaged model which represents the low frequency behavior of the original circuit. With the aid of a general simulation program such as SPICE, the low frequency characteristics of the circuit can be easily obtained.
