Abstract
While RANS was used with numerical results, the appearance of kmax at the sharp corner was the seriously incorrect result at the upwind frontal sharp corners, which also would lead to the mean pressure coefficient cp overestimating calculations and not having separation or just little separation at the top of the cube. In this paper, previous works and comprehensive studies are discussed. In-depth investigations of this problem are carried out and a simple method for improvements is proposed by changing the nets near the windward frontal corner.
