Abstract

We demonstrate an optical signal monitoring method ibr NRZ-DPSK signals using asynchronous delay tap sampling and Hausdorff distance measure. The application of the technique for residual dispersion monitoring is demonstrated and high tolerance to other impairments and pulse shape is shown.
