Abstract
We propose a novel RGB multicast communication model, the acronym of "the Ring-based hierarchy of access proxies, access Gateways, and border routers". Based on the RGB model, we design a reliable totally ordered multicast communication protocol. The proposed protocol runs in a parallel and distributed way in the sense that each network entity only maintains information about its possible neighbors, and that each network entity independently decides whether, when, and where to order, forward, and deliver multicast messages.
