Abstract

General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is an emerging wireless data network based on existing GSM network. To perform call-processing tests on the GPRS mobiles, the mobiles should implement specific test-mode protocols in their firmware. This correspondence presents an alternate way to conduct call-processing tests on GPRS mobiles which have not implemented any specific test-mode protocols.
