Abstract
本文通过对鲁迅小说《斯巴达之魂》的考察,发现它呈现出诸多伪译的特征,其书写体现了清末民初这一特定时期的翻译规范。对该文本属性的重新认识有利于我们了解当时翻译与创作之间的紧密关系,以及翻译在目的语多元系统中所占据的特殊文化和文学地位。本文通过对我国伪译作品的研究,可以发现中西方伪译理论的不同之处,促进伪译研究的跨文化对比。本文亦揭示出翻译史研究中将某一时期翻译活动语境化的重要性和必要性,有助于还原当时对翻译的认识,从历史的维度拓宽现代翻译研究的疆界。
After an analysis of The Soul of Sparta created by Lu Xun, the paper finds out that it mirrors some features of pseudotranslation. A thorough investigation into the The Soul of Sparta is conducive to bringing forth the closely-knit relationship between writing and translation in Late Qing and Early Republic period. The reception and influence of the novel reflect the dominant role of translation in the target culture polysystem. Investigation into pseudotranslations in China can bring out differences of the phenomenon between the East and the West, facilitating intercultural comparison. The research also highlights the importance and necessity of contextualizing translation activities in certain period for translation history studies. By restoring the then perception of translation, the horizon of translation studies can be broadened from a historical perspective.
