配置BFRP筋的地聚物混凝土预制夹心保温墙板结构性能研究

Abstract

混凝土预制夹心保温墙板主要由混凝土内外叶板、核心保温板和连接内外叶板的拉结件构成。本文旨在研究低碳、环保、耐久的新型混凝土预制夹心保温墙板的结构性能。该新型墙板采用了地聚物混凝土代替普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土,并以BFRP筋代替普通钢筋,同时开发了六角筒型GFRP拉结件以提高夹心保温墙的整体力学性能。共测试并分析了8片地聚物混凝土预制夹心保温墙板的平面外受弯性能,研究参数为配筋种类(钢筋与BFRP筋)、配筋率(0.30% 与 0.43%)、拉结件种类(板式与六角筒型GFRP拉结件)与拉结件间距(300 与 525 mm)。试验及理论分析结果验证了上述预制夹心保温墙板的受力合理性,为建立该结构形式的设计方法及在建筑工业化领域的推广和应用提供前提保障。
