玄武岩纤维编织网增强水泥基复合材料加固火灾后混凝土板的抗弯性能试验研究

Abstract

本文进行了8块受火后混凝土板(其中5块采用玄武岩纤维编织网增强水泥基复合材料加固和3块未进行加固)以及1块常温下对比板的四点弯曲试验。试验参数包括:(1)混凝土板经受60分钟和81分钟两种不同时间的预损伤;(2)纤维编织网加固层的层数和粘接材料(包含超高韧性水泥基复合材料和聚合物砂浆)。试验结果表明:利用玄武岩纤维编织网加固受火混凝土板能够有效抑制裂缝的开展;加固后受火混凝土板抗弯承载力提高幅度在70%~200%之间;相比于聚合物砂浆,采用ECC材料作为纤维编织网的粘接材料在裂缝控制和提高承载力方面都具有更好的效果。
