Abstract

本发明属于激光器技术领域,具体涉及一种深紫外微腔激光器。所述深紫外微腔激光器包括:椭圆腔体,以及位于所述椭圆腔体内的发光微米棒和激发光源;所述发光微米棒由上转换发光材料M‑N3+组成;其中,M为晶体材料和/或微晶玻璃,N3+为实现上转换发光的稀土离子;所述发光微米棒沿发光方向的两端设置有分布式布拉格反射膜;所述激发光源激发所述发光微米棒深紫外发光,所述椭圆腔体的内表面设置有全反射所述激发光源的反射膜。该深紫外微腔激光器可以大大提高上转换激发效率,具有很好的化学稳定性,而且吸收效率高,能够充分吸收激发泵浦光源的能力,同时具有结构简单、成本低的特点。
