Abstract
儿童时期是语言能力发展的黄金阶段。早期语言发展对个体的长期发展,包括社会心理健康、学业和职业成就具有很高的预测度。本文简要介绍了0~8岁儿童语言发展的基本里程碑,并对原发性语言障碍(又称发展性语言障碍)做了深入浅出的介绍。此外,本研究团队从政策指南、从业人员和科学研究三方面对汉语发展性语言障碍的现状进行总结和分析,发现汉语发展性语言障碍的科学研究起步较晚,对该障碍的重要性认识有待提高。最后,基于上述总结分析,研究团队从政策指南、人才培养及科学研究和临床实践方面提出建议。
Childhood is the prime stage of language development. Early language development is highly predictive of an individual's long-term development, including psychosocial well-being, and academic and vocational achievement. This article outlines the basic milestones of language development in children aged 0-8 years. This is followed by an in-depth description of primary language disorders (also known as developmental language disorders). In addition, the current state of developmental language disorders in Chinese children is summarised and analysed in terms of policy guidelines, practitioners, and scientific research. Scientific research on developmental language disorders in China is relatively recent and that awareness of the importance of these disorders needs to be improved. Finally, based on this analysis, recommendations are made in terms of policy guidelines, human resource development, and scientific research and clinical practice.
