Abstract

2007年新加坡小学全面倡导实施校本课程,93%的小学进行了相应探索,教师们对校本课程的实施时间、实施成效仍存在较大的疑虑,急需解决一些实际问题。本文根据调查结果、学校个案,提出增强校本课程效能的策略:根据教师已有的经验、可投入的时间,灵活选用校本课程发展模式;根据学校特点、教师特长等设计校本课程活动,即凸现本校的自身特色又配合中央课程目标;根据学生的学习困难、兴趣、特长等因素,设计校本课程的内容,满足学生的发展需要;通过系统设计、互相激励、评估反思、专业发展,使校本课程持续发展。通过这些策略,以求校本课程在新加坡小学华文教学中真正可行,富有实效,并且能够调动学生的学习热情,最大程度地开发学生学习华文的潜能。
