反馈是十分重要的教学行为,更是为促进学习的评估所倍加强调的。只论说反馈内容要具体、语言要准确,教师并不能掌握反馈的要领。教学实际中的反馈效能,是一个从正面到负面的连续体。有效反馈的策略,包括聚焦、互动、适时、目标导向、去个性化、尊重差异、积极跟进等。||Feedback is a very important teaching behavior, which is particularly highlighted in assessment for learning. Nevertheless, emphasizing merely on the concreteness of content and the accuracy use of language in feedback cannot let the teacher grasp the essentials of feedback. In real teaching practice, feedback indeed forms a continuum ranging from the positive to the negative side. Through reviewing overseas studies on feedback effectiveness and connecting them to actual problems. In the teaching in mainland China, this paper discusses feedback strategies such as focusing, interaction, timeliness, objective-orientation, deindividualization, respect for students’ differences, active follow-ups, etc. It is believed that this paper is worth noting in the field of teacher development.
