Abstract
采用职业化理论中的特质观点,以专业组织、培训、认证制度作为口译职业化发展的重要指标,全面对比分析中国台湾和大陆口译职业化发展阶段、水平和优劣,以便两地在今后发展中相互借鉴、优势互补。从专业组织、培训机构、认证考试、制度建设等方面优化口译职业化进程,总结对译员培养之启示,促进交流、增进理解、和谐社会、强大中华。
Adopting the trait theory, this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the interpretation professionalization between Taiwan and mainland of China in terms of professional organization, training, and certification. Through this process, the two sides could learn from each other's strengths, avoid setbacks and more importantly seek reflections on interpreters training so as to enhance interpreter's quality, improve understanding, and build a harmonious society and a strong China.
