    Abstract

    本发明公开了一种基于蓝失谐连续光泵浦的微腔光频梳产生装置及方法,包括:光源、主微腔、辅助微腔以及光波导;其中,主微腔与辅助微腔和光波导存在线性耦合,主微腔具有克尔非线性,辅助微腔的克尔非线性系数小于主微腔的克尔非线性系数的万分之一,主微腔和辅助微腔的模式失谐量以及耦合系数满足预设条件;光源用于产生频率处于泵浦模式的蓝失谐端的泵浦光;光波导用于将光源产生的泵浦光偶合入主微腔,以及输出光频率梳;主微腔用于接收光波导耦合入的泵浦光,并产生光频率梳。本发明的装置利用蓝失谐端泵浦形成光频率梳,提升了整个装置的热稳定性,微腔不受反常色散的限制,提升了材料选择和微腔结构设计的灵活性。
