Abstract

本发明公开一种基于破碎方法的地聚合物人工骨料及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括步骤:将胶凝材料、碱激发剂和水混合,并搅拌,得到浆体;将所述浆体进行第一次养护,得到硬化的地聚合物浆体;将所述地聚合物浆体进行破碎处理,得到地聚合物骨料颗粒;将所述地聚合物骨料颗粒进行第二次养护,得到所述地聚合物人工骨料;其中,按质量百分比计,所述胶凝材料由主要材料50%‑100%和次要材料0%‑50%组成。本发明所采用的破碎技术操作简单,无需高耗能,且无需添加水泥,从而避免了水泥煅烧排放大量温室气体的问题。另外,本发明人工骨料强度随放置时间的增加而增长。
