本发明公开了一种基于带孔钢板的混凝土复合构件及其制造方法,包括:混凝土本体以及设置于所述混凝土本体内的带孔钢板固件;混凝土本体包括防护层、填充层以及防火控裂层,填充层位于防护层和防火控裂层之间,防护层的材质为超高性能混凝土或超高性能韧性混凝土,防火控裂层的材质为韧性混凝土或超高性能韧性混凝土。本发明以高性能纤维混凝土作为混凝土复合构件的防护层和防火控裂层,能够提升构件的耐久性、防火控裂性以及抗弯刚度,通过带孔钢板固件增强复合构件,在增强复合构件承载力的基础上,确保复合构件的整体性的连接作用,满足地下和海工基础设施的外部耐久防护需求、内部防火控裂需求以及整体的高性能化需求
