Abstract

本发明公开一种共格和非共格纳米相复合强化的超高强度马氏体时效钢及其制造方法,按重量百分比计,超高强度马氏体时效钢的化学成分包括:Ni为2‑10%,Al为0.5‑2.0%,Ti为0.5‑2.5%,Cu为0.5‑2.5%,Mn为0‑10%,Mo为0‑5%,Cr为0‑11%,C为0‑0.1%,B为0.01‑0.06%,P不高于0.04%,S不高于0.04%,N不高于0.04%,O不高于0.05%;其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。原料经熔炼、轧制、固溶和时效处理,制成共格NiAl纳米相、共格富Cu纳米相和非共格Ni3Ti纳米相复合强化的超高强度马氏体时效钢,获得优异的强塑性匹配、良好的焊接和耐腐蚀性能
