Abstract

本发明公开一种半胱氨酸荧光探针及其制备方法与应用,其中半胱氨酸荧光探针包括喹啉鎓离子为骨架,通过碳硅单键与所述喹啉鎓离子骨架结构键合的三甲基硅基、以及通过碳碳单键与所述喹啉鎓离子骨架结构相连的丙烯酸对苯酯基团以及抗衡离子。该半胱氨酸荧光探针的荧光强度在加入半胱氨酸时几乎完全淬灭,其荧光强度与半胱氨酸浓度以线性关系相应下降,对半胱氨酸有高选择性,可以从三种生物硫醇中区分出半胱氨酸,适合广泛应用于活细胞中半胱氨酸的检测。
