This was the award given to the GEC MOOC (Life and Death) launched in November 2017 by the Class Central, one of the largest official websites in the USA for promoting and evaluating MOOCs across different major platforms such as edX, Coursera, Futurelearn.
Other award recipients of the same category included, among others, University of California (San Diego), Boston University, University of Edinburgh, University of Leeds, Monash University and the MOOC leading university Delft University of Technology.
