Dr Andrew Lam Kwok Cheung, Associate Professor and his PhD student Miss Hon Ying were awarded The Garland W. Clay Award 2016 by the American Academy of Optometry, with their academic paper titled “Corneal Deformation Measurement Using Scheimpflug Noncontact Tonometry”. It is the first paper studying the repeatability and reproducibility of a newly launched clinical device called the Corvis ST. The Garland W. Clay Award is presented to the authors of the manuscript published in Optometry and Vision Science that has been most widely cited in world research literature in the preceding five years and has the vote of the Optometry and Vision Science Editorial Board.
