Persons with Outstanding Contributions to the Development of Arts and Culture (推動文化藝術發展傑出人士)

The award aims to commend citizens for their long term dedication towards the training and development of youths in uniformed groups, distinguished community services, or support to the promotion of culture and sports (see attached photos). I was awarded because of I have contributed a lot on various cultural activities in neon sign projects to the society which include workshops, researches, seminars, publications and exhibitions.
