Every year the University pays tribute to teachers who have demonstrated excellent teaching through teaching awards, at the Faculty/School level. To give recognition to FHSS staff members with outstanding achievement in teaching, FHSS introduced the Faculty Prizes for Outstanding Performance and Achievement in Teaching (“Faculty Teaching Prizes”) in 2012/13 in addition to the existing Faculty Awards for Outstanding Performance and Achievement in Teaching (“Faculty Teaching Awards”).
