This design aims to reduce the intake of too much grease through the oil guide structure, thereby improving the quality of both meals and health. Obesity is called ‘one of the most visible but easily overlooked public health problems’ which has been linked to diet habits. Through the specific physical design, drain the cooking oil to the edge of the plate and leave the food in the center of the plate. So that this plate can achieve consuming less cooking oil without influencing the taste and flavor of the dishes.
