Best Student Presentation Award, The 29th Annual Conference of HKSTAM

The 29th HKSTAM Annual Conference (HKSTAM2026), held alongside the 21st Jiangsu–Hong Kong Forum on Mechanics and Its Applications, took place at PolyU on April 18, 2026. Co-organized by PolyU, HKSTAM, and JSTAM, sponsored by Dantec Dynamics, and chaired by PolyU Professors Hui Tang and Zhongqing Su, the event fostered regional collaboration with 80 abstract submissions. Key presentations included Ms. Yang Xinyu's "Efficient Optimization of High-dimensional Engineering Problems" and Ms. Zhou Nan's "Improving Condensation Heat Transfer Using Micropillar Surface Topography and Hybrid Wettability."
