Dr Daniel Leung and Ms Sarah Pyo, a final-year student in the BSc in Tourism Management programme, received the Best Paper Award for their co-authored paper entitled "Factors Affecting Hotel Guests' Likelihood of Online Review Contribution: An Experimental Study" at the APacCHRIE & EuroCHRIE Joint Youth Conference in Hong Kong on 23-24 May 2019.
