Description

The collaborative work of the PolyU Department of Mechanical Engineering (ME) with Beijing Institute of Technology and Tianjin University, entitled “Inverse Design Methods and Applications of Acoustic Metamaterials” was awarded one of the “2024 China's Top Ten Advances in Metamaterials (Technological Innovation)” during the opening ceremony of the 4th China Metamaterials Conference (CMMC 2025), held in Shenzhen from May 15-18, 2025.

The China Metamaterials Conference aims to promote fundamental research, design and manufacturing research, and device application research. It is a prominent event that bridges academia and industry to enhance academic communications, technical exchanges, and technology promotion.
