Biography
Prof. Cruz Gonzalez is an occupational therapist whose research focuses on neurorehabilitation, with particular interest in technology-enabled approaches to improve functional recovery after neurological injury. Prior to his current appointment, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Rehabilitation Research Institute of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, where he contributed to the development of post-stroke deep phenotyping approaches to characterise recovery trajectories using data-driven analytics and to the development of granular motor assessments based on sensor technologies.
