Biography

Dr. Emmanuel Kingsford Owusu is a Research Assistant Professor of Construction and Real Estate Economics at the Department of Building and Real Estate, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to assuming this role, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the same Department. Dr. Owusu was a recipient of the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Award and holds first-class honors in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics. His research focuses on Construction and Real Estate Finance, Infrastructure Procurement Automation, Engineering Ethics, Quantity Surveying Digitization, and Urban Infrastructure Economics, Policy, and Governance.
