With the government set to roll out its mass vaccination programme on Friday, there's been talk that the apparently improving epidemic situation in the city could see the return of limited international travel. Reports say Hong Kong and Singapore have resumed talks on a shelved plan to set up a 'travel bubble' between the two places. So, how close are we really to resuming some form of quarantine-free travel? Janice Wong asked Professor Brian King, from the Polytechnic University’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management:
