Resuming local tourism

Description

As Hong Kong takes its first tentative step towards resuming tourism, we’ll be asking if the government decision to allow local tour groups of up to 30 people from today is enough to save Hong Kong’s travel industry from collapse?

The local tour groups will be subject to all kinds of restrictions, with tour guides required to take mandatory COVID-19 tests and all participants required to wear identifying labels at all times.

So would you consider signing up for a local tour under these rules? Would it feel strange to travel around Hong Kong with a guide? And what kind of local tours are most likely to be successful?
