Appointed by Metropark Hotel as Training Consultant to tailor-make a 48-hour training programme for the hotel's newly-recruited operation staff, in Aug and Sept 2001, before its opening in Oct 2001. Teaching materials were designed for the hotel to enhance staff skills and understanding of front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage operations and the service standards of the hotel.
