The consultancy service provided comes from an ITF Tier 3 project in which Prof. Hong Hu is a co-PI. According to the approved budget of the project, an amount of HK$297,000 should be allocated to Prof. Hu’s team for the fabrication of 3D fabrics with special designed structures as required by the project.
