Description
The Hong Kong Jockey Club Early Intervention and Community Support project for Parents ran from June 2020 to May 2023. This three-year initiative utilized Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for intervention. Through talks, workshops, therapeutic group sessions, counseling, peer support programs, and public education, it aimed to enhance parents’ awareness of mental health and support families of students with mental health needs, ultimately promoting well-being and family harmony.
