Appointed project manager (Oct 2016 – Jul 2017) to lead a group of consultants from SHTM and Hotel ICON to provide consulting advice and customer service training to the HKR International Limited’s service staff and supervisors from Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, Discovery Bay Golf Club, Discovery Bay Marina Club and Discovery Bay Recreation Club & Club Siena.
